The Final Meeting of the NYC Junto, organized by Victor Niederhoffer since 1985, will take place today, Thursday September 1, 2016.  This Junto has lasted just as long as the original in Philadelphia.  Thanks to all who participated over the years and made it such an augmentative experience.

Today's meeting will feature Andrew Bernstein who will speak about The Heroes of Capitalism. Meeting starts at 7:30pm, speaker begins at 8pm. Location is the General Society Library, 20 West 44th St. (Between 5th & 6th avenues). New York, NY. All readers of DailySpeculations.com are invited to attend.

    While I could not attend every junto owing to office commitments and overwork, I profoundly enjoyed every Junto i attended in well over 10 years, and thank vic for his generous and amazing support for “augmentative experiences” and meals for a lifetime, and like many others to whom i have spoken, we will all deeply miss this amazing part of the cornucopoeia of NYC. We shall miss the speakerrs. we shall miss the lively discussions. We shall miss the adventitious friendships forming before, during and after the meetings. and we shall miss the unique chemistry of victor Niederhoffer at these convocations of mental brio and market magic made clearer.
